When Steins Broadway began purchasing properties in late 2004, the buildings in South Carondelet had been primarily vacant for many years. We fully renovate each building, while maintaining the historic features that are common in turn of the century St. Louis architecture. Each property retains its own historic charm, while at the same time offering modern amenities.
